The real Vegeta is later possessed by the demonic Majin Vegeta and Janemba himself, both times causing him to transform into the Majin state. In Dragon Ball Heroes, Majin Vegeta is able to further power up into the Super Saiyan 3 form.Ī demon created by Janemba named Majin Vegeta appears as a character in Dragon Ball Z: Shin Budokai, sharing the appearance and mannerisms of Vegeta as a Majin. Vegeta is able to improve his Super Saiyan form into a state referred to as Super Vegeta. Like other Super Saiyans, Vegeta's hair turns blonde and his eyes turn green while in the form, and his power greatly increases. Vegeta is initially obsessed with the idea of becoming a Super Saiyan to defeat Frieza, and his anger over seeing Goku attain the form allows Vegeta to achieve the form himself. His power is multiplied by ten, and his speed is greatly increased. As a Saiyan Elite, Vegeta retains his rationality while in the form, and remains capable of speech.
Like all tailed Saiyans, Vegeta can assume the Great Ape form by absorbing enough Blutz Waves.
