That doesn't mean YouTube will necessarily let the music stay on their platform as they use automatic content detection software to screen for infringing content that doesn't care about "fair use" but nobody could forcibly make your song "disappear" entirely or seek damages in relation to IP infringement, particularly if you aren't making any money from the song (which even if you were maliciously infringing on IP would drastically limit the damages any plaintiff could seek in judgment against you). Wrt YouTube or SoundCloud they have the power to do as they please but in many cases where a vocal sample is being used, the resulting work falls under the "fair use" designation as described in current IP law. It's not that simple and theres a lot of legal grey area- the answer is that it depends how you use the sample.
